Ardennes ForestThe Ardennes Forest is a mountainous forested area in southeastern Belgium. It was the site of two German blitzkrieg attacks during World War II. The first was successful, and resulted in the Fall of France. The second failed, and resulted in the Battle of the Bulge. |
