SLR Camera

An SLR Camera, or single lens reflex, is a camera that has a mirror and a prism in it so that the viewfinder looks right through the lens. This has advantages in that it allows the photographer to focus through the viewfinder and know what will be in the frame. SLR cameras are also good for macro work because they can focus at almost any distance. This comes at the cost of being bulky, complex, and expensive.
