Steyr AUG(redirected from Main.SteyerAUG) The Steyr AUG is a combat rifle first designed in Austria in the 1970's. It employs the crazy-looking bullpup layout, in which the action and the magazine are located behind the trigger, in the stock of the gun. This enables the gun to be shorter than a similar-performing gun with a conventional layout, such as the M16. Another feature of the Steyer is that the barrel can be changed. |
