Matrix (artist)
Matrix is a DJ and music producer specializing in drum and bass music. He is Optical's brother.
He started his musical career with another person as the duo Turbosound.
Matrix later began to release solo works around 1994. Since then he has produced many records, including several for his own label, Metro Recordings. He has also remixed records for artists such as Justin Timberlake, Annie Lennox and Robbie Williams.
Matrix's debut LP, Sleepwalk, was released on Optical's label Virus Recordings in 2000.
He has collaborated with Brendan Collins, under the name Matrix & Futurebound, with the production of the Universal Truth album, released in the summer of 2007.
