Buckwheat honey is a robust, dark honey made by honeybees who feed on buckwheat.

-As of February 2020, we are running a dark color scheme as our default desktop theme.  As far as we know, this is the first Mediawiki-based general encyclopedia to do so with the standard Vector theme.  It can easily be reverted to dark text on light background under user preferences.  We put a bit of work into customizing this theme so that it looks good and is easy to use.  Feel free to [[Encyc:About#Contact_us|email]] if you like this change or have any suggestions for improvement.
