Express News Issue: August 24th, 2005, page 1. "This past Friday evening, the City of Nelson was treated to a spectacle not many have seen before- the RCMP musical ride. This uniquely Canadian event began with an equine cavalcade down Baker Street with a pre-musical ride by the Blewett Pony Club and the main event at Lakeside Park. Hundreds turned out for the show and great fun was had by all, with memories to last until the next time the Mounties visit Queen city." By Nelson Becker. |
