فارسی: تالو بخش اجرای فرم در رشته ووشو یا کونگفو میباشد. در این بخش به اجرای فرمهای سنتی ویا مدرن چینی همراه با دربرگیری ضربات قدرتی دست و پا ، حرکات آکروباتیک و نشستها استفاده میشود و همچنین در بعضی فرمها از سلاحهای سرد(شامل نانچیکو،سانچیکو،نیزه،شمشیر،بادبزن و..)وجود دارد.
