Anselmo Garcia was a target of a roundup, by an international team of law enforcement officers, of Ryan Wedding, and fifteen of his associates.[1] Twelve of the suspects were captured, Wedding, Garcia, Joel Cardenas and Gennadi Billonog evaded arrest. The FBI has offered a substantial reward for information leading to their capture.
Anselmo Garcia is one of the individuals suspected in playing a role in the assasination of Jonathan Acebedo-Garcia, a former associate law enforcement had turned into a mole against the organization, and was expected to testify against the.[1]
