The brown dwarf CD-35 2722 B triggered comment when Astronomers announced it was orbits by an object about 0.9 times the mass of Planet Jupiter.[1][2]

Commentators disagreed whether it should be called an "exomoon". The Astronomers who discovered the Jupiter sized companion called it a an "exo-satellite".[2]

CD-35 2722 B is 37 times the mass of Jupiter.[2]
