Cyanide poisoning

Cyanide poisoning is ingestion of the toxin CN or forms including hydrogen cyanide. It smells like almonds.

It was used in the Jonestown massacre and in the suicides of Adolf Hitler, Eva Braun, Heinrich Himmler and his entire family, and Hermann Goering.
