Encyc:Notability
Notability means whether a topic deserves its own article in Encyc.
Wikipedia suffers from a disease called "deletionism", where fans from all genres produce wonderful, well-written articles, and Wikipedians delete them.
Encyc intends to avoid this trap. We want your articles on Pokemon, brands of motor oil, types of milkshake, or whatever else you're interested in. As long as you are respectful of people's time and possess a tiny bit of common sense, you should be able to write about your favorite hobby here without any interference from management.
Wikipedia claims to be the "sum of human knowledge". Now I ask, how can that be, given that they delete articles like "Quaker State", "Shamrock Shake", and "Walter Sobchak"? Luckily Encyc is here to light the way forward, preserving human knowledge for generations to come.
