Fender Vaporizer
The Fender Vaporizer is a guitar amplifier in the Fender Pawn Shop Special Series. It is a 12 watt vacuum tube amplifier with two ten inch 16 ohm speakers wired in parallel, a spring reverb, and two inputs. The inputs are normal or bright, and there is also a "Vaporizer" mode, where the volume and tone controls are bypassed. The styling is meant to evoke the 1950s and 60s atomic age and space race.
Available colors are surf green, sonic blue, and rocket red.
It was introduced in late 2013. It is made in China. The MSRP is $549 and the typical retail price is $399.
