Fishtanking

Fishtanking is a method of moderating internet forum usage by restricting problematic users to one or more forums, presumably where less important interactions are conducted. Thus what was once a nuisance contributor becomes an object of ornamentation, to be looked at and sometimes tormented in their isolation.
