Folded mountain

From Encyc
Cuts required for the construction of the Alaska Highway revealed the mountain's distinctive folds.

The mountain known colloquially as folded mountain is a mountain in British Columbia's Sentinal mountain range.[1] It lies in Muncho Lake Provincial Park, directly adjacent to the Alaska Highway.

The mountain's distinctive look is due to how the folded rock in the mountain is highly visible due to a cut required for the Alaska Highway.[1]
