Football card

A football card is a type of collectible trading card that features football players and related subjects. They typically are a couple inches tall, and have a player's portrait on the front and statistics on the back. They are most popular in the United States and Canada, where interest in the National Football League is highest.

Football cards have been popular since before World War II, though they haven't really achieved the cult status or the collector value that baseball cards have.
