George Costanza

George Costanza is a fictional character from Seinfeld. He is Jerry's best friend from childhood. Played by Jason Alexander.

George is a stocky bald man who bounces from job to job. He has rage and self-esteem issues. His parents, Frank and Estelle, argue with each other a lot.

For many years, George held the high score on a Frogger machine at a pizza parlor in New York City.

He was almost married at one point, but his fiancee, Susan, died from licking the toxic glue on the wedding invitations. George then declared the "Summer of George", but he slipped on the invitations and fell down the stairs, and spent the summer rehabilitating.

His favorite explorer is Hernando de Soto.
