From Encyc

Gliese 12 (alternatively TOI-6251) is a red dwarf star, approximately 39 lightyears from the Solar system.[1][2] It is 0.24 percent as massive as Sol, our sun.

It is believed to be orbited by an exoplanet, Gliese 12b, with a mass between that of Planet Earth and Planet Venus.[1][2]
