Google AdSense is a contextual advertising service provided by Google.

Google reads the content on the website, and provides small, unobtrusive, text-based ads that can be placed next to or mixed in with the content. If readers click on the ads, a small amount is given to the owner.

Some website proprietors have made around 80,000 dollars a month using Google Adsense to advertise.
