The Gordon Wilson flats is an apartment complex in the terrace, wellington, that housed 131 people.
To the left of the building are the McLean flats, which are scheduled for demolition at an unknown time.
The building was hurriedly evacuated in just seven days in 2012, after it was discovered that a large man falling at a cruicial point could dislodge parts of the facade.
The Gordon Wilson Flats were brought by Victoria University in 2014, and their fate remains unknown, though Victoria University has announced their plans to demolish the building.
