Henry Morgan

Henry Morgan was a privateer in the 17th century working for the English. He plundered the Spanish Main, leading successful attacks on Porto Bello, Maracaibo, and Panama.

His exploits were dramatized in the novel Cup of Gold, by John Steinbeck.
