Ina
Ina (7th-8th century) was one of the most important kings of the West Saxons.
He reigned 688-726. During this time he organised the Church on a proper footing and wrote and promulgated the first code of West Saxon law.
After his abdication, he started a pilgrimage to Rome but died on the way.
