Jerk

A jerk is a mean person, one who delights in annoying and bothering others, or who acts thoughtlessly. Jerks are not necessarily malicious or evil.

George Costanza says, "The jerk store called, and they're all out of you!"

To which the other guy responded, "You're their all-time best seller!"

It can also refer to a quick violent snatching, grabbing, or throwing motion, or to a type of Jamaican cooking.

The Jerk was a movie starring Steve Martin in which he played a slow-witted white guy raised by poor black sharecroppers.
