Just Say No

Just Say No was an anti-drug abuse slogan used by the federal government during a campaign started by Nancy Reagan. The idea was that kids must protect themselves from becoming drug abusers by just saying "no" every time they are offered drugs. The beauty of the slogan was that it worked for every kid, even ones who might not be eloquent or diplomatic enough to gracefully decline an offer of drugs.
