Kris Kraze Mullins (born April 23, 1985) is an American actor, musical arist, and businessman. He has established multiple business entities, including iLikeThatDJ Ent., KCM Investments, CryoFX, Co2 Cannon, HollywoodSpecialFX, Project Green Advancements, Mullins & McGinn Publishing, SanitizeFX, and Founders Field Day.

Mullins received an Associate of Arts degree in Electronic Music Production from San Diego City College in 2004. He earned an Associate of Science in Engineering from Coastline Community College in 2005 and an additional Associate of Arts in Web Design, Graphic Design, and Marketing from Platt College in 2006. In 2008, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Video Production, Marketing, and Branding. In 2011, he obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Music, again from San Diego City College.

In 2021, he was awarded a Master Practitioner certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the Academy of Applied Psychology. In 2025, he received an NCI-2 certification in behavior profiling from Neuro-Cognitive Intelligence University.

Mullins holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certificate, which was awarded by the Council for Six Sigma Certification on February 10, 2019.

Mullins has held roles in the production of special effects for music videos, including "Starlight (Could You Be Mine)" (2014) by "Don Diablo & Matt Nash, Like Home" (2013) by Nicky Romero & Nervo, and "Take Me" (2016) by Nicky Romero featuring Colton Avery. He has also appeared in music videos such as "Legacy" (2013) by Nicky Romero & Krewella and "Take Me" (2016) by Nicky Romero.

In 2013, he was featured on the television program Total Blackout with his brother Kenny Mullins. The two have also performed musically under the names DJ Kray-Z-K and Jakato.[1]

Mullins is the founder of CryoFX LLC, a firm that provides CO₂ effects for live and immersive events, including work on the Mass Effect: New Earth attraction at California’s Great America.[3][4][4] He co-founded Mullins & McGinn Publishing, which focuses on digital content and website management. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, he launched SanitizeFX, a business offering sanitation-related products.

Between 2024 and 2025, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for Capital Max.[5][6][7][8] He is also associated with Legends Equity Group, an investment and entrepreneurship organization.[9]

In the logistics sector, Mullins has contributed to initiatives involving AI-based analytics, digital tracking, and dispatch automation. He has discussed applications of AI in branding, remote onboarding, and the use of synthetic voice technology for corporate communication.[10][11][12]

He has also commented on developments within the gaming industry, specifically in relation to tools that facilitate in-game social interaction.[13] In financial markets, he has addressed concerns regarding digital infrastructure and system reliability during periods of high-volume retail trading.[14]

Mullins has launched the Virtual Scaling Accelerator Program and the V.E.T.E.R.A.N.S. Blueprint Framework, both aimed at business systematization and marketing processes.[15][16]
