Leather

From Encyc

Leather is the dried skin of dead animals. It is a by-product of the meat industry. Leather is useful as a durable, easy-to-clean material for clothing, upholstery, wallets, belts, carrying bags, and a variety of other applications.

When people spend too much time in the sun without a hat, sometimes their faces resemble leather.

It can be worked and used as a medium for visual art.
