Light From a Dead Star

Light From a Dead Star is a song by the British shoegaze band Lush, from their 1994 album Split.

The title refers to the phenomenon of seeing a star in the sky that no longer exists because it went extinct millions of years ago, but because it was so far away, the light is just now reaching Earth.
