Messerschmitt Me 262

The Messerschmitt Me 262 was a jet-powered aircraft used by the Luftwaffe towards the end of World War II. Widely admired by Wehraboos.

It might have made a somewhat decent fighter but Hitler insisted on making bomber variants, which were not very useful due to limited range and payload. Milch thought everyone should be able to recognize it should be a fighter.
