Moral equivalence

From Encyc

Moral Equivalence is a philosophy that says that there are two sides to every story, and no one can really judge what is right or wrong.

Evidence for believing there is an untold side to every story can be found everywhere, including routine practices ubiquitous in WikiCulture. It is remarkably common for the dominant faction to "balete" (ban and delete) the side of the story that contradicts or debunks the credulous version favored by the dominant characters in an unresolved drama.
