Naked fanatic

The naked fanatic is a type of warrior that goes into battle unclothed. This gives them freedom of movement and a psychological boost. The Romans encountered them when invading Britain.

One advantage nakaed fanatics had is that stab wounds were less likely to carry a piece of cloth into the body, and the chance of infection was lessened. Therefore in some circumstances they may have had a survival advantage.
