Omar Bradley

Omar Bradley was an American general during World War II, in the European theater. He was less aggressive than Patton and didn't get along very well with Montgomery, but earned a reputation as a solid and competent commander who didn't needlessly waste lives. He was one of Eisenhower's most trusted subordinates.
