Parody

Parody is the rewriting of a piece of literature, music, etc., usually serious, to add humor of it. A very popular example of parody is "Weird Al" Yankovic, a comedian who writes many parodies. He took "Beat It" by Michael Jackson and wrote a comical song, "Eat It" with the same tune. In fact, here on Encyc, Moulton is becoming a parody artist.
