Periscopes

A periscope is an optical device that allows the user to see around corners and to extend their point of view. It uses lenses, tubes, and mirrors to route incoming light to the users eye. Main uses are in warfare for submarines to stay submerged and yet see without detection, and in trenches or tanks where it is desirable to stay behind cover.
