Planes of Existence

The Planes of Existence is actually most well known as a metaphysical concept, to mean the different metaphysical planes, where earth is one, and others are dream like states of consciousness where supernatural aims are acceptable. In this context, however, it is the 2nd most successful project that Blissyu2 has ever ran, one of the most popular talkers of all times, known as the Planes of Existence. Blissyu2 also ran Wikipedia Review, which eventually exceeded the planes of existence in popularity.

The Planes of Existence was in many ways the same as existing talkers, in that it offered a place to chat, including multiple worlds talkers, with 10 linked talkers. One slightly unique thing that it offered was that it combined adult-orientated with all-ages talkers. This didn't work particularly well, but was introduced just the same.

There were various scandals, including people lying about who they were and various emotional issues. The ultimate problem, however, began when Blissyu2 broke up with his real life girlfriend, who, whilst not heavily involved, was officially the co-owner. For some reason, a number of people (predominantly males) believed that she was secretly doing everything and that Blissyu2 (using the alias Cat) was simply taking credit for it. He tried to give it to a shared group of people, changed servers, and then suddenly the whole thing was stolen from him.

Blissyu2 found that, whilst all of his co-owners were in USA, he was in Australia and the hosts were in USA (who have cheaper hosts than Australia). Because of this, they believed the USA hosts more than the Australian hosts. Whilst in theory Blissyu2 could have opened a 2nd host, to run the site, he chose not to. Instead he just let it be. The site was stolen from him.

This concept was repeated, in spite of much greater security, when Somey stole Blissyu2's site a 2nd time when he stole Wikipedia Review from him, in secret, in July 2007, prior to banning him from his own site in November 207.

The Planes of Existence was massively popular from 1996 thought to 1999, when it was taken over. It was probably the most popular talker in the world at that time, and was one of the most influential talkers in existence.

After being stolen, the talker quickly decreased in popularity, and some of the despicable acts that were done by the thieves served to destroy talkers for good, paving the way for ICQ and other instant messengers to take over.
