Pollution
Pollution is introduction of noxious substances or elements into water, foods, air and other media.
Air pollution has become a worldwide problem, as the emissions of carbon dioxide and sulphur dioxide are increasing steadily and microparticles are a potential threat to human lungs.
Water pollution is also a concern, as only about 3% of the water on Earth is unbriny and usable by the human population, and most of it is concentrated in the ice caps.
