The Robert J Fischer Team, also known as the RJF Team,[1] is a real estate organization headquartered in Round Rock, Texas.[2] Operating in affiliation with Keller Williams Realty, the group facilitates residential and commercial transactions throughout the Greater Austin metropolitan area and Central Texas.[3]
History
[edit | edit source]Founder Robert J. Fischer established the team in 2005,[4] following the launch of his career with Keller Williams Realty. Originally a solo operation based out of the Keller Williams Northwest Market Center in Austin, the entity eventually relocated to the Round Rock Market Center. Over time, the team expanded to include a fluctuating roster of nine to fifteen licensed agents.[5]
The team's primary service region encompasses several counties, including Travis, Williamson, Hays, Burnet, Bastrop, and Caldwell. They maintain an active presence in cities such as Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and Cedar Park.[6]
Philanthropy and media
[edit | edit source]In 2016, Robert and Michelle Fischer founded a nonprofit entity initially named RJF Team CARES. It has since been rebranded as The Cares Alliance.[7][8] Additionally, listings managed by the team have appeared on the television program The Open House Show.[9]
