As a child, he operated a raspberry-selling business and later played collegiate football at Linfield College and the University of Oregon. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kensington College of Business in 1996, followed by an MBA from the European International University with a focus on cybersecurity. He also holds a certification in Technology and Data Privacy from Harvard University and holds multiple cybersecurity credentials, including the Certified Chief Information Security Officer designation.[7][8][9][10]

Alldridge began his career in Information Technology during the mid-1990s. In 1996, he founded IP Services, initially as part of MicroAge. The company later became independent and expanded to include a data center and network operations center in Eugene.[8][10][15]

In 2001, Alldridge co-founded A&A Properties Northwest, a real estate development firm involved in constructing commercial office spaces and data centers. He later co-founded the IT Process Institute in 2003, an organization focused on IT standards research.[15]

Since 2016, Alldridge has been the president of SJA Enterprises, Inc., a holding company that acquired Drop Send and Trial Line.[18]
