Selecciones Ilustradas

Selecciones Ilustradas (often abbreviated as S.I.) is a Spanish art agency founded by Josep Toutain.

It is perhaps best known in the United States for its collaboration with Warren Publishing, where S.I. artists contributed to hundreds of stories between 1971 and 1983. The partnership began in 1971, following a meeting between Josep Toutain and Warren Publishing's founder, Jim Warren. The first appearance of S.I. artists in Warren's magazines was in Vampirella #11 in May 1971. By 1973, artists from S.I. were responsible for the majority of covers and interior artwork in Warren's publications, a dominance that continued throughout the late 1970s. S.I. artists also worked for Warren's competitor, Skywald, during the early to mid-1970s.

The cartoonist Carlos Giménez later provided a fictionalised account of his time at the studio in his series Los Profesionales, where the agency was depicted under the pseudonym Creaciones Ilustradas.
