Speakonia

Speakonia is a free text to speech synthesis program. It comes with a single voice built in, but other voice templates can be added. Microsoft voices (Sam, Mike and Mary) can be installed quickly and easily.

Speakonia is often used to make video parodies on YouTube. These videos, often made by the Barney Bunch or fans of this group, contain mature language and offensive, racist remarks, all spoken through synthetic voices.
