[edit source]I started this article, on the Wikipedia. According to this page I was responsible for 72 percent of the current article -- whatever that means.
I am going to list all the Wikipedia contributors. But I am going to fetch material I wrote, that has subsequently been deleted. I may excise some other the material added by other Wikipedia contributors, if I find it of questionable good faith, or find it clearly based on misconceptions.
