[edit source]I created this material independent from the several Wikipedia articles on him. Two Wikipedia AFD were advanced on the Wikipedia articles about him. After it was deleted someone translated the article from a non-English wiki. My first drafts were on Wikialpha and the Citizendium. The editor-in-chief at the Citizendium deleted that version because Dougan "betrayed the country he was born in." Of course so did George Washington. I ported the Justapedia version that was the last version I wrote [1]. I preferred it to a version were someone had rewritten it, dropping key information.
