Tasty Planet is a game series by Dingo Games, the main objective is simply to eat smaller things to get bigger.

Tasty Planet

Two scientists create a mysterious 'grey goo', after eating some dirt, the goo bites into a scientist's arm, it then escapes into a river, then outside. It reaches onto the scientists' picnic table, it is thrown into the ocean, a whale flings it to a park, the police are involved. When the goo eats the city, it builds up force and takes to the air, and then enters orbit. Before it eventually eats the earth, the milky way and the universe... at a cost. The goo explodes, causing a new Big Bang.

Tasty Planet: Back for Seconds

The same scientists create another goo. The young scientists gives the goo some candy, to the older scientist's dismay. The goo eats the scientists' time machine, travelling through 6 different eras, which are listed below.

Laboratory

The first era, the modern day. The goo is created here, and eats the time machine.

Late Cretaceous

[edit | edit source]

Set 65 million years ago (which is the only real date shown in the whole game). The goo eats insects at first, before it eats dinosaurs and a volcano. It then eats a meteor, which let's the dinosaurs survive. The goo moves on...

Ancient Egypt

The goo moves on, eating jewellery, people, houses, even the Pyramids and Sphynx. It moves on again...

Ancient Rome

The goo moves on again, ending up in Ancient Rome, eating food, ballista and even the Colosseum, with somehow prevents the fall of Rome. The goo moves on again...

Feudal Japan

The most recent of the eras, the goo eats swords, samurai, houses and even Godzilla (called 'Monsterzilla' in-game). After Monsterzilla's defeat, many kaiju exist in the modern day. The goo moves on for the last time...

Distant Future

The goo goes to the future, but extremely small. The scientists have preserved their brains and have sent nanobots to kill the foe, yet fail, and end up being eaten. Eventually, the goo eats the universe and all the turtles of time.

Tasty Blue

The scientists, this time, are absent until the last set of levels. This is the first side-scroller game.

Goldy the Goldfish

A young girl purchases a goldfish, and overfeeds it (despite the sign saying 'do not overfeed'), after that, the goldfish escapes jmto the ocean and ends up eating the girl and the fish store owner.

Smiles the Dolphin

After news of the goldfish spreads, a captive dolphin gets an idea to escape. It ends up eating the kraken, and eventually goes to join the goldfish.

Brenda the 'Nano-Shark'

The scientists in antarctica are concerned after a radio speaker warns them of the devouring duo. They send out nano-shark, which eats plankton at first, but ends up eating the goldfish, dolphin and even the Earth!

Tasty Planet: Forever

Parisian Cat

The two scientists (now a chef and waiter) are appalled by the mess, the chef had bought a robot cat from his cousin, and orders it to eat everything... which is took literally.

Caribbean Octopus

An octopus grows tired of the pollution, and decides to eat it all!

African Rat

[edit | edit source]

Rats are trained to check for landmines in the tracks of migrating elephants. Yet the Rat eats the elephants themselves.

Big City Bee

[edit | edit source]

Beekeepers are trying to stop the bee colony collapse by making super-bees, which are immune to the diseases, yet a passer-by gets scared and smashes the tube where the bee is stored... which leads to the Earth being eaten.

Basking Shark

Set in the 1950s, basking sharks have been wiped out in the Pacific, except for one, tiny shark... who wants revenge!

Australian Dingo

Invasive species roam around Australia, yet a hungry, hungry, but tiny Dingo has the appetite for invasive animals!

Cyberpunk Penguin

In the future, climate change has forced a small penguin chick to mutate, taking to the air!

Martian Goo

The grey goo appears again, this time, extremely tiny and frozen in an ice block. It grows to eat the whole universe!

Tasty Planet: Final Bite

Paperclip Maximizer 'Mippy'

[edit | edit source]

The scientists, now as office workers need more paperclips, which can make them money. Yet 'Mippy' is ordered to maximise paperclips, which is true.. to a huge extent.

Cetus

[edit | edit source]

The gods are angry at the greedy Atlantians, and send their sea monster, Cetus to rough them up. Yet Cetus ends up eating Atlantis.

House Hippo

[edit | edit source]

The young scientist (now a Canadian resident) spills some maple syrup, which leads out a house hippo, which ends up eating a giant maple syrup factory.

Teeny Tiny UFO

Aliens grow concerned over how people may notice the abducted cows, so they send in a tiny UFO, yet the younger alien clicks 'TEENY'.. which stands for 'The Ever Expanding Nonpaticular Yoinker'.

Hungry Dragon

After a peasant steals some quail eggs, one of them being a dragon. The dragon ends up eating another dragon, a red one.

Clay Goo

In a clay universe, a 1cm ball of clay falls from the sky, eating the Earth, Sun, and even space-time, but it squished by James Sayer, one of the creators of Tasty Planet.
