Trey Cyrus is* the adopted son of Billy Ray Cyrus. He was created by Ian Hecox in a lab in his garage. Ian claims that it was outright failure. Ian added to much "emo douchbaggery" and too little "musical talent". Hence, hence he is the abomination that he is today.¹
