Typecell

Typecell is a music producer and DJ, who specializes in drum and bass music, who lives in Germany.

He started his career around 1992 under the alias P.M.C. He started producing in 1996; his first official releases were put out on his own imprint, Genetic Rhythm Records and were followed by more releases on other labels such as Bonzai Records / N.E.W.S. ed Alert Records, Thunderdom, House Nation and others. In 2000 he chose to use the nickname Typecell for his more experimental tracks, which were a fusion of techno and drum and bass.

Around 2002 he started up his drum and bass record label Protogen Records.
