It's usually considered bad manners to edit things in other people's userspaces (with exception of talk page). If you want to break up a long page into easily digestible bits, you can do that in your own too. User:1966/a User:1966/b etc Alexander (talk) 00:15, 20 April 2018 (CDT)
So you know, Public (talk · contribs) and Public4 (talk · contribs) are not the same account. (or Public2, Public3 or any other number)
User:Public is not accessible, but it is not banned either. Public4 is banned, but Auggie's system is that he renames and archives old public accounts then makes new ones. When I blocked the person who was on Public4, it was User:Public at the time. Not long after, Auggie archived it (by renaming) then re-created the account. It's a thing. The thing with the Public account is a trick I learned from PmWiki. You keep one account with an open password and that way anyone who wants to edit can do so. No need for IP editing. It also hides the IP addresses of people who use it.
The reason I keep renaming it is because vandals change the password. I'll then block it and rename it, and create a new Public. Auggie (talk) 13:50, 20 April 2018 (CDT)
Oh, thanks! I did not know that! 1966 15:31, 20 April 2018 (CDT)
