Wax

From Encyc

Wax is a thick, flammable, malleable, sticky, water-repellant substance useful for making candles and sealing the drainpipes of toilets. It can be made from natural sources or petroleum. Women use it for removing hair, and bees use it for storing honey. One type is paraffin. Wax also forms in ears.

Wax is used in making some kinds of sculptures.
