Critical opinion of why Encyc is the "best wiki ever"

Encyc is the best wiki ever because the user StevenEditsStuff has still not been blocked. Steven would have been given an indefinite block after his first such edit if this was Wikipedia. Encyc is better because there aren't any robotic admins.
