55 Cancri A d

The exoplanet 55 Cancri A d is the outermost of the five known planets orbiting 55 Cancri A, an orange dwarf star 41 lightyears from the Solar system.[1][2]
The planet's discovery was announced in 2002.[3] Its mass is 3.878 times that of Planet Jupiter, and it takes 15.3 years to orbit its primary.

Binary star 55 Cancri is located 41 light years away from the Sun. It consists of a yellow star and a red dwarf. There are multiple known exoplanets in this system.

We report 18 years of Doppler shift measurements of a nearby star, 55 Cancri, that exhibits strong evidence for five orbiting planets. The four previously reported planets are strongly confirmed here.
