55 Cancri B
The red dwarf star 55 Cancri B is the dimmer of the two stars in a binary star system located 41 lightyears from the Solar system.[1][2][3] They are found in the constellation Cancer.
The discovery of two exoplanets orbiting 55 Cancri B, both super-Earths, was announced in 2026.[1][2][3]

We report 18 years of Doppler shift measurements of a nearby star, 55 Cancri, that exhibits strong evidence for five orbiting planets. The four previously reported planets are strongly confirmed here.
