Carbon Dioxide

Carbon Dioxide is a simple ,chemical compound, best known as a product of both combustion and digestion.

In the last 18th century Joseph Priesteley described how to make soda water, water with dissolved Carbon Dioxide, useful in certain industrial processes, and enjoyable to drink.^[1]
