Cephalexin
Cephalexin or Cefalexin is an antibiotic in the Cephalosporin family. It is used to treat a range of infections, such as those of the urinary tract.
Spelling controversy[edit]
Wikipedia spells it "Cefalexin". It insists that it is spelled with a ph in American English and a f in International English. This is an example of somewhat pointless ownership of articles to create deliberately inaccurate articles. Cefalexin is the official spelling in the United Kingdom according to the British National Formulary, but in practice, both spellings are used around the world, with Cephalexin being more common almost everywhere.
